We are a small dynamic group of South Africans, who have a passion for educating and equipping students from all walks of life, with a set of skills to enable learners to achieve their full potential.
Our Story
Our story starts from humble beginnings with a desire to educate our own children differently. After teaching in an independent private school in Northern Natal, gaps were seen in the standard curriculum and we wanted to focus on a more holistic approach, where there is a greater emphasis on character development with a more personalised learning approach. Hilldrop Heritage School, a family venture, was born in 2003 and currently educates approximately 130 students, in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal. Although Hilldrop Heritage School is still thriving, we see a great demand and need to provide an affordable, online, and effective education for children. After ample research, we found a curriculum that we loved through which we can successfully achieve our vision and maintain our mission.
